天津市大学生灾难应对能力现状及影响因素分析

摘要:

目的:了解天津市在校大学生灾难应对能力并分析其影响因素,普及急救知识,提高大学生灾难应对水平。方法:采用大学生灾难知识问卷对天津市11所高校的334名在校本科生进行横断面调查。结果:大学生家庭灾难应对准备普遍不足,准备较好的条目包括家庭成员都懂得如何关上煤气、水或电总闸等,准备较差的条目包括家庭成员在非居住地发生灾难时约定会合地点,已准备了逃难时需携带的衣物,用干电池的收音机等。从灾难应对能力测试的总得分来看,自然灾害应对能力及格率为52.7%,人为灾难应对能力及格率为41.9%,现场救护能力及格率为28.4%,灾难应对能力测试总分的及格率为33.8%,家庭月收入和学校灾难教育影响大学生灾难测试得分及格率(P0.01)。结论:天津市在校大学生的灾难应对能力有待提高,家庭灾难准备有所欠缺,灾难应对能力普遍不高,不同维度的能力也有所差异,但被调查者愿意接受灾难知识教育,个人、家庭、学校和社会应共同配合,提高大学生的灾难应对能力。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the disaster response ability of college students in Tianjin and analyze the influencing factors, so as to improve the disaster response level of college students. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of 334 undergraduates in 11 colleges in Tianjin was conducted. Results: Family disaster preparedness of college students was generally in adequate. Well-prepared items included all of family members know how to turn off gas, water or power switch and so on, and poorly-prepared items included family members agree to meet at a place other than their apartments, get clothes for the escape, radio with dry battery, etc. The pass rate was 52.7% for natural disasters, 41.9% for man-made disasters, 28.4% for emergency care at the site of accident and the total pass rate was 33.8%. Family monthly income and school disaster education had a significant effect on the pass rate of college students’ disaster test(P<0.01). Conclusion:The disaster response ability of college students in Tianjin needs to be improved. Individuals, families, schools and society should work together to improve the disaster response ability of college students.
