我国护理领域情绪劳动研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of emotional labor in the field of nursing in China

摘要: 目的:分析情绪劳动在我国护理领域研究现状,为今后护理人员开展情绪劳动相关研究提供参考依据。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法对我国护理领域情绪劳动相关期刊文献和硕博论文进行统计分析。 结果:共筛选出136篇有效文献,48.33%文献集中分布在10种期刊。核心作者14人,发文33篇(24.26%);发表1篇文献的第一作者共计101人(87.07%);合著的期刊文献96篇,合作度为2.59,合著率为80.00%。山东省、浙江省和江苏省发文量位居前三位,共发文53篇(38.97%)。高频关键词为“情绪劳动”、“护士”、“护理人员”、“工作倦怠”、“影响因素”和“工作满意度”等,研究内容基本围绕护理人员的情绪劳动水平、影响因素及其与工作满意度、工作倦怠、医患关系相关性为主,研究对象以急诊科和重症监护病房护士为主,研究类型以横断面研究为主,科研基金资助的文献有41篇。结论:近年来情绪劳动在我国护理领域的研究发展较快,研究热度较稳定,但尚未形成核心作者群,研究深度和持续性不足,我国各地区研究发展亦不平衡,情绪劳动的研究方向和类型有待进一步扩展,基金力度支持需进一步加强。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the current research status of emotional labor in nursing field in China, and provide reference for future research.Methods:Taking CNKI and Wanfang database as data sources, the bibliometrics method was used to conduct statistical analysis on the literatures and master’s thesis on emotional labor related journals in the nursing field of China.Results:A total of 136 valid literatures were screened out, 48.33% of them were concentrated in 10 journals. Among them, 14 core authors published 33 articles (24.26% ); 101 first authors published a document (87.07%); 96 co-authored journal documents (collaboration degree of 2.59, co-authorship rate 80.00%); Shandong province, Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province ranked the top 3 in terms of the number of articles published, with a total of 53 articles (38.97%).The high-frequency keywords were “emotional labor”, “nurse”, “nursing staff”, “work burnout”, “influencing factors” and “work satisfaction”, etc.The research content basically focus on the level of emotional labor of nursing staff, influencing factors and their correlation with job satisfaction, job burnout, the relationship between doctors and patients.The research subjects were mainly nurses in emergency departments and ICU. The research types were mainly cross-sectional studies. There were 41 articles funded by scientific research funds.Conclusion: In recent years, the research on emotional labor in the field of nursing in China has developed rapidly,however, the core author group has not yet formed. The depth of research and persistence are insufficient. The research development in various regions of China is also unbalanced. The research direction and type of emotional labor need to be further expanded, fund support needs to be further strengthened.
