摘要:

目的:探讨 LEARNS 健康教育对 2 型糖尿病患者代谢性指标、患者积极度及糖尿病相关问题的影响。 方法:将 118 例 2 型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(60 例)和对照组(58 例)。 观察组采用 LEARNS 健康教育模式对患者实施干预,对照组实行常规健康教育。 比较两组干预前后代谢性指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、甘油三酯及总胆固醇)、患者积极度以及糖尿病相关问题。 结果:干预后,观察组患者代谢性指标优于对照组,积极度得分高于对照组,糖尿病相关问题得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:LEARNS 健康教育模式可改善 2 型糖尿病患者代谢性指标,提高患者积极度、减少糖尿病相关问题,缓解患者应对糖尿病的压力与不良情绪。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of LEARNS health education on metabolic indicators, enthusiasm and related problems in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 118 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group(58 cases). The observation group adopted the LEARNS health education model intervention, while the control group adopted routine health education. The metabolic indicators(glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol), patients’ enthusiasm and diabetes related problems were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After the intervention, the metabolic indicators of the patients in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, the scores of enthusiasm were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of diabetes related problems were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:LEARNS health education model can improve the metabolic indicators of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve the enthusiasm of patients, reduce diabetes related problems, and alleviate the pressure and bad mood of patients with type 2 diabetes.
