以患者需求为导向的抗肿瘤皮下制剂全程管理平台的构建及应用

Construction and application of a patient-centric comprehensive management platform for anti-tumor subcutaneous preparations

摘要: 目的:开发以患者需求为导向的抗肿瘤皮下制剂全程管理平台并验证其临床实践效果。方法:基于“用户体验要素模型”设计全程管理平台系统架构,并结合患者需求构建平台模块内容。便利选取 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 7 月于天津市某三级甲等医院就诊的抗肿瘤皮下注射患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(75 例)和干预组(75 例),对照组给予常规管理+微信随访,干预组借助平台进行全程管理。比较两组患者自我效能感及生活质量水平。结果:干预 1 个月后,干预组患者自我效能感及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗肿瘤皮下制剂全程管理平台能够提升患者自我效能感及生活质量,可以满足患者全程诊疗需求,可为临床管理实践提供有效借鉴。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a patient-centric management platform for anti-tumor subcutaneous preparations and verify its clinical practice effectiveness. Methods: Based on the "user experience element model", a full process management platform system architecture was designed and platform module content in combination with patient needs was constructed. Patients receiving anti-tumor subcutaneous injection who visited a grade A tertiary hospital in Tianjin were inlcuded from January 2024 to July 2024 by conveniently sampling. They were randomly divided into a control group (75 cases) and an intervention group (75 cases). The control group received routine management and WeChat follow-up, while the intervention group received full management through the platform. The self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results: After one month of intervention, the self-efficacy and quality of life scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The whole process management platform for anti-tumor subcutaneous preparations can improve patients′ self -efficacy and quality of life, meet their needs for diagnosis and treatment throughout the process. It can provide effective reference for clinical management practice.
