改良的客观结构化临床考试模式在《妇产科护理学》实验考核中的应用初探

摘要: 目的:探讨改良的客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在《妇产科护理学》实验考核中的应用效果。方法:对照组2010级护理学专业70名学生采用传统实验考核方法,观察组2011级护理学专业80名学生以2人1组的小组形式采用改良的OSCE模式进行考核。两组学生在实验考核前2~3周填写一般资料和CTDI-CV;实验考核结束后1周内第2次填写问卷,两组学生均填写CTDI-CV,观察组还需填写自编的改良OSCE模式考核评价表。结果:实验考核前两组学生CTDI-CV量表各维度得分和总分的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验考核结束后,观察组的CTDI-CV量表的“开放思想”和“分析能力”2个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的操作技能考核成绩和实验考核总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组多数学生对改良的OSCE模式考核持积极评价,对各考站予以肯定并提出OSCE模式考核的改进意见,同时也指出自身需改进之处。结论:改良的OSCE模式应用于《妇产科护理学》实验考核中可提高学生的评判性思维能力和学生的试验考核成绩,受到学生的肯定评价,但OSCE考核模式中尚有不足需进一步改进。

Abstract:  

Objective: The study aimed to explore the effects of applying modified objective structured clinical examination to experiment examination in the obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: 70 undergraduates nursing students admitted in 2010 were adopted as the control group and 80 undergraduates nursing students admitted in 2011 were adopted as the experimental group. The control group was tested by traditional experiment examination method and the experimental group were tested by modified OSCE mode with 2 students as a group. socio-demographic data and critical thinking disposition inventory chinese version were employed in the investigation of the two groups of students in the 2-3 weeks before the experiment examination and in the 1 week after the experiment examination. The self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the effects of modified OSCE mode were filled among the same experimental group in the 1 week after the experiment examination. Results: There were no statistical differences between subscale scores and total scores of CTDI-CV in the two groups before the experiment examination(P>0.05). The open-mindedness subscale scores and analyticity subscale scores of CTDI-CV in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the experiment examination(P<0.05). The mean scores of operational skills and mean total scores of the experiment examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The majority of the experimental group had a positive evaluation on modified OSCE mode and three stations and provided suggestions for OSCE improvement, meanwhile they also knew their shortcomings. Conclusion: There were some effects with the application of modified OSCE mode in the experiment examination of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing. It can raise the level of critical thinking and examination scores, and be accepted by nursing students. Its inadequacies should also be improved.
