Abstract: Objective: To explore and construct a scientific, objective and systematic training program for community health nurses under the background of "Internet +" to guide community nursing practice. Methods: On the basis of literature retrieval, an expert consultation questionnaire was prepared and 12 experts engaged in clinical nursing, nursing management, nursing education and community nursing were consulted twice by Delphi method. Results: The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 91.67% and 100%, respectively. The authority coefficient of expert was 0.88, the familiarity coefficient was 0.91, the judgment coefficient was 0.85,and the difference of Kendall’s coefficient of concordance was statistically significant between 2 rounds (P<0.001). The community health nurse training program indicators were finally established, with 8 first-level indicators and 57 second-level indicators. Conclusion: The experts who had higher enthusiasm and authority were in general agreement to the training scheme of visiting nurses. The results are scientific and reliable, and provide reference and guidance for the comprehensive development of "in-home nurse" platform in the future.

摘要： 目的：探讨并构建科学、客观、系统的“互联网+”背景下社区上门护士的培训方案，用于指导社区护理实践。方法：在文献检索的基础上，编制专家函询问卷，采用德尔菲法对12名从事临床护理、护理管理、护理教育、社区护理的专家进行2轮函询。结果：2轮专家函询的问卷回收率分别为91.67%和100%，专家权威系数为0.88，熟悉系数为0.91，判断系数为0.85，2轮的和谐系数（Kendall’s W）经检验差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。通过德尔菲专家函询，最终确立社区上门护士培训方案，一级指标8个、二级指标57个。结论：专家对基于“互联网＋”的社区上门护士培训方案的函询意见趋于一致，专家权威性和积极性较高，结果科学可靠，为今后“上门护士”平台的全面发展提供参考和指导。
