Objective: To study the current status of illness perceptions and analyze the influential factors in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration. Methods: 223 patient with wet age-related macular degeneration were sampled conveniently and asked to fill in a questionnaire. Rank-sum test, spearman rank correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were conducted to explore the influential factors. Results: BIPQ score was in a medium level. Marital status, educational level, eye position and social support were influential factors（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: The medical staff should pay more attentions to improve patients’disease understanding, guide correct cognition, eliminate negative emotion, thus improving the quality of life and reducing blindness.

目的：调查湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者疾病感知现状并探讨其影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样的方法对223例湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者进行问卷调查，采用秩和检验、Spearman相关分析、多元逐步回归分析探讨湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者疾病感知的影响因素。结果：湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者的疾病感知得分处于中等水平，婚姻状况、文化程度、患病眼位、病程、社会支持是疾病感知的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：医务人员应着重提高湿性AMD患者对疾病的理解能力，引导正确认知，疏导不良情绪，进而提高生活质量、降低致盲率。
