 再生障碍性贫血患儿营养状况回顾性分析

Abstract:  

Objective: To analyze the nutritional status of children patients with aplastic anemia in order to provide theoretical support for nursing nutritional assessment. Methods: The nutritional indicators of the 175 children with aplastic anemia including body mass index (BMI), serum total protein (TP), serum albumin (Alb) and folic acid (Folic acid), vitamin B12 (VitB12), serum iron (SI) and serum ferritin (SF) were compared by different groups according to age, sex, diagnosis, regional and hemoglobin (Hb). Results: All of the mean of BMI, TP, Alb and FA were lower in children who aged 0-5 years(P<0.05). The mean of FA and VitB12 in rural areas were lower than that in urban areas(P<0.05). The severe aplastic anemia (SAA) in patients with SI,SF were much higher than non-severe aplastic anemia patients(NSAA)(P<0.01).Conclusion: We found that children with aplastic anemia were in maladjusted nutrition that was low protein, low vitamin B and high iron content. We should given individual nutritional nursing in accordance with the patient’s condition.

目的:回顾性分析再生障碍性贫血患儿的营养状况,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法:对175例再生障碍性贫血患儿营养相关指标,包括体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、血清总蛋白(Serum total protein,TP)、血清白蛋白(Serum albumin,Alb)、叶酸(Folic acid,FA)、维生素B12(VitaminB12,VitB12)、血清铁(Serum iron,SI)和血清铁蛋白(Serum ferritin,SF),按年龄、性别、诊断、地区和血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)分级分组进行比较。结果:0~5岁小儿BMI、TP、Alb和FA值低于6~12岁儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),农村地区患儿FA和VitB12值低于城市地区,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)患儿SI、SF值高于非重型再生障碍性贫血(NSAA)患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:再生障碍性贫血患儿存在蛋白质、B族维生素等造血原料缺乏,而微量元素铁代谢负荷增加的营养失调状况,应结合疾病情况对患儿实施个体化营养护理。
