Abstract: Objective: To discusses the effects of individualized nursing on the psychological status, self-care capacity and nursing service satisfaction of single lower limb amputees.  Methods: 60 cases of single lower limb amputees were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Amputees in control group received routine nursing services, and amputees in intervention group received individualized nursing care. The psychological status, self-care capacity and nursing service satisfaction in both groups were evaluated with self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-care capacity scale (in-house developed) and nursing service satisfaction scorecard in the first and the fourth week after the surgery. Results: The mental health, self-care and nursing service satisfaction of the amputees in intervention group were significantly better than the patients in control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant in the fourth week after the surgery. Conclusion: The individualized nursing intervention can help to functional rehabilitation and improve the nursing service satisfaction of amputees.

摘要： 目的 探讨个体化护理对单侧下肢截肢患者心理状况、生活自理能力及护理服务满意率的影响。方法 将60例单侧下肢截肢患者随机分为对照组和干预组，对照组实施常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上加个体化护理干预措施。对两组患者截肢术后第1周、第4周的心理状况、生活自理能力进行评估，并评价护理服务满意率。结果  截肢术后第4周干预组患者的心理状况、生活自理能力及护理服务满意率等均高于对照组 (P＜0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论  个体化护理干预可提高患者肢体康复功能，提高护理服务满意率。
