Abstract23)      PDF (664KB)(0)
Objective: To explore the status of rumination and perceived hospital care atmosphere in nursing interns of cancer hospital, and to analyze the correlation between them and the influencing factors of rumination. Methods: With convenient sampling, nursing interns in a grade A tertiary cancer hospital in Tianjin were investigated by using general information questionnaire, perception of hospital caring environment scale and ruminative responses scale in January 2023. Results: The total score of perceived hospital care atmosphere was 232.22±22.63, the total score of rumination was 46.19±7.53. Perceived hospital care atmosphere was negatively correlated with rumination ( r=-0.425, P<0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that family relations, the intention of employment to engage in nursing and perceived of teach nurses to give patients explained an additional 24.9% of the variation in rumination. Conclusion: Rumination in nursing interns of cancer hospital is at a high level. It is necessary to take measures to improve perceived hospital care atmosphere among nursing interns so as to reduce rumination.

Abstract24)      PDF (530KB)(0)
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of transition shock between work readiness and career status, and provide evidence for promoting the development of the career status of new nurses. Methods: A convenient sampling method was used and 148 new nurses from oncology hospital were included for questionnaire survey, using general questionnaire, transition shock of newly graduated nurses scale, the Chinese version of the work readiness scale for graduate nurses and career status evaluation scale. Results: The score of new nurses′ work readiness was 281.32±42.31, the score of transition shock was 88.89±18.53, and the score of career status was 84.92±11.54. The transition shock of new nurses were negatively correlated with work readiness and career status ( r=-0.388,-0.618, P<0.01), and work readiness was positively correlated with career status( r=0.595, P<0.01). Transition shock played a mediating effect between the work readiness and career status, and the mediating effect was 29.7% . Conclusion: The career status of new nurses is at middle level. The nursing managers should take relevant measures to improve the work readiness of new nurses and reduce the impact of transition, so as to promote the healthy development of new nurses′ career.

Abstract287)   HTML44)    PDF (736KB)(140)
Objective: To evaluate the research topic and popular themes of domestic and foreign literature on medical adhesive-related skin injuries(MARSI) by using bibliometric methods. Methods: The MARSI related literatures were retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, Web of science, sinoMed, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other databases. The search time was from construction of the library to May 2019. SPSS 22.0 software was used for bibliometric analysis, and gCLUTO statistical software was used for cluster analysis of high frequency keywords for domestic and foreign literature. Results: A total of 103 papers were included, of which foreign literature accounted for 27.18% of the total literature, and Chinese literature accounted for 72.82%. In the cluster analysis, high-frequency keywords were clustered into 4 categories, which were skin damage and injury types, related risk factors, risk assessment and management, nursing interventions. Conclusion: The research of MARSI is still a hotspot at home and abroad, its pathogenesis and prevention are being explored. In the future, the research of MARSI prevention should be strengthened and multidisciplinary cooperation should be emphasized.
