Objective: To investigate the effect of nurse - led standardized management program on chemotherapyinduced nausea and vomiting and quality of life in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: A total of 328 patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who received cisplatin-based TP regimen chemotherapy from August 2020 to July 2022 were included and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 164 patientsin each group. The control group received routine nursing for chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting, and the observation group received standardized nurse-led management. The incidence, occurrence degree and influence on quality of life of patients with nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nausea and vomiting, the degree of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group within 5 days after chemotherapy, and the scores of the dimension of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P< 0.05). Conclusion: Nurse-led standardized management program can reduce the incidence and degree of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and reduce the influence of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting on patients’ quality of life effectively.

Abstract191)   HTML38)    PDF (768KB)(64)
Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of experiential childbirth-simulation education on primipara. Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI and WanFang Data were used as the sources of literatures ,and all randomized controlled trials(RCTs) which studied the effects of experiential childbirth-simulation education on primipara were extracted from inception to July 10th, 2020. The meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 26 literatures involving 5 957 participants were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that experiential childbirth -simulation education could significantly increase the rate of natural delivery for primipara( OR=2.71, 95% CI: 2.40~3.05, P<0.01), decrease the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage( OR=0.11, 95% CI: 0.04~0.33, P<0.01) and neonatal asphyxia ( OR=0.23, 95% CI: 0.12~0.44, P<0.01), meanwhile improve the anxiety ( SMD=-1.68, 95% CI: -2.01~-1.35, P<0.01), depression( SMD=-1.37, 95% CI: -1.58~-1.15, P<0.01), and self-efficacy( MD= 5.60, 95% CI:2.92~8.28, P<0.01) of primipara. Conclusion: Experiential childbirth-simulation education is efficacious in increasing the rate of natural delivery for primipara, decreasing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia, and improving the anxiety, depression and self-efficacy of primipara. Because of the limitation of quality of included studies, more high-quality studies are needed to confirm the above conclusion.

Abstract320)   HTML17)    PDF (473KB)(170)
Objective: To explore the fear of disease recurrence in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and analyze its influencing factors based on the theoretical model of social support, so as to provide reference for the medical staff to implement comprehensive and personalized nursing interventions. Methods: 152 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were hospitalized in the tuberculosis department of a tertiary Class A hospital in Tianjin were selected by the convenient sampling method. Questionnaires were surveyed using the general data questionnaire, social support rating scale, and fear of progression questionnaire-short form. Results: The total score of social support for pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 33.13±9.60; the total score of fear of disease recurrence was 33.39±10.89, 77 cases(50.7%) exceeded the normal level(≥34).The scores of social support and each dimension were negatively correlated with the scores of fear of disease recurrence and each dimension( P<0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that social support and age were independent factors influencing the fear of disease recurrence( P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of fear of disease recurrence in pulmonary tuberculosis patients was not optimistic. The level of social support and age could independently affect the level of fear of disease recurrence. Nursing staff should cooperate with other departments to formulate comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and diversified intervention measures to improve their social support, so as to reduce the level of fear of recurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and improve the treatment effect.
