Objective: To explore the cognitive level of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and analyze the related factors. Methods: 115 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI for the first time were investigated by general data questionnaire, coronary heart disease health belief scale and self-made cardiac rehabilitation awareness scale. Results: The score of cognitive level for cardiac rehabilitation was 14.54±3.69, which was in the middle and lower level. Age, educational level, relevant knowledge education experience, scores of perceived benefits and scores of perceived severity were all closely related to the cognitive level ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The cognitive level of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI needs to be improved. Medical staff can carry out personalized education on cardiac rehabilitation knowledge for older and less educated patients, so as to promote the cognitive status, and improve their compliance and participation in cardiac rehabilitation.
