Objective: To understand the relationship between work immersion experience and occupational life quality of nursing students and their influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing students' career planning and nursing managers' development of relevant management measures. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 262 nursing students by using the work immersion experience questionnaire and the occupational life quality scale. Results: The average score of immersion experience of nursing interns was 4.01±0.81, and the average score of occupational life quality was 3.29±0.45. The work immersion experience of nursing interns was positively correlated with the occupational life quality( P<0.01). The educational background, nursing professional preference and night shift frequency per week were the affect factors of the work immersion experience ( P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing managers and educators can take certain measures to cultivate interest of the students in nursing work and improve their immersion experience level.
