Abstract248)   HTML1)    PDF (752KB)(99)
Objective: To investigate the current status of physical activity related self-management behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving the physical activity self-management ability in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 279 patients with coronary heart disease were included from January to April 2021 by convenience sampling. The general information questionnaire and Chinese version of self-management behavior scale related to physical activity were used in the investigation. Results: The total score of physical activity related self-management behavior in CHD patients was 72.07±27.35. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational status, number of physical activities, physical activities style, cardiac function classification, and whether the patients receiving cardiac rehabilitation training were the influencing factors of physical activity related self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease( P<0.05). Conclusion: The physical activity related self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease was at the middle to lower level needing further improvment. Nursing staffs should pay attention to the physical activity related self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease, and carry out relevant health education according to personalized differences, so that the patients can carry out physical exercise effectively, and thus improve the level of physical activity related self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease.
