Objective: To understand the cognition, attitude, willingness, and demand of medical service providers and recipients for "Internet+" palliative medical services in Tianjin, and to analyze the factors influencing willingness. Methods: Convenience sampling method was used to survey 282 medical service providers and 100 medical service recipients from two Class A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin from March to May 2023, using self-designed Medical Service Provider Questionnaire and Medical Service Recipient Questionnaire. Results: The scores for cognition, attitude, and willingness among medical service providers were 4.28 ±1.61, 33.56 ±9.55, and 9.79 ±3.40, respectively. The scores for cognition, attitude, and willingness among medical service recipients were 5.10±2.36, 2.70±1.21, and 2.09±0.87, respectively. Years of work experience and attitude were influencing factors on the willingness of medical service providers( P<0.05), while cognition was a factor influencing the willingness of medical service recipients to use the services( P<0.05). Conclusion: The cognition level of both medical service providers and recipients regarding "Internet+" palliative medical services is relatively low. Both groups hold a supportive attitude but have different needs. The willingness to use these services is relatively low among medical service recipients and more experienced providers. In the future, it is essential to continue strengthening public education on mobile healthcare and palliative care, and to design and develop user-friendly, practical, and highly secure mobile healthcare platforms based on identified needs, to support the development of palliative care.

Abstract254)   HTML7)    PDF (548KB)(123)
Objective: To develop a midwifery career motivation evaluation scale for undergraduate nursing students and to test its reliability and validity, so as to evaluate their willingness to choose a job. Methods: Guided by the framework of expectation-value theory, a midwifery career motivation evaluation scale for undergraduate nursing students was developed by literature review, group discussion and expert consultation. 410 nursing students were selected to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The midwifery career motivation evaluation scale for undergraduate nursing students included expectation subscale and value subscale. The expectation subscale included 5 items, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients was 0.86 and the retest reliability was 0.69. The value subscale included 18 items, 4 dimensions including practicability, challenge, cost and interest were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.74%. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients was 0.93 and the retest reliability was 0.72. Conclusion: The midwifery career motivation evaluation scale for undergraduate nursing students has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate their desire for midwifery choice.

Abstract250)   HTML7)    PDF (572KB)(95)
Objective: To understand the relationship between work immersion experience and occupational life quality of nursing students and their influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing students' career planning and nursing managers' development of relevant management measures. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 262 nursing students by using the work immersion experience questionnaire and the occupational life quality scale. Results: The average score of immersion experience of nursing interns was 4.01±0.81, and the average score of occupational life quality was 3.29±0.45. The work immersion experience of nursing interns was positively correlated with the occupational life quality( P<0.01). The educational background, nursing professional preference and night shift frequency per week were the affect factors of the work immersion experience ( P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing managers and educators can take certain measures to cultivate interest of the students in nursing work and improve their immersion experience level.
