Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention model based on network information technology on self-efficacy, coping style and social support of young breast cancer patients after operation. Methods: 200 young breast cancer patients were randomly divided into intervention group (n=100) and control group (n=100). The intervention group was given 6 months network nursing intervention, while the control group received routine nursing. The self-efficacy, coping style and social support of the two groups were evaluated respectively at the end of 2 months and 6 months after discharge. Results: The main time effect and interaction effect of patients in self-efficacy, coping style and social support were statistically significant(P<0.01). The main effect of intervention on self-efficacy, positive response, objective support and the utilization of support was statistically significant(P<0.01); However, there was no significant difference between subjective support and negative response intervention(P>0.05). Conclusion: Network intervention can help the patients get health knowledge, enhance the physical and mental health and social adaptation ability.
