年轻护士双职工夫妻职业体会的质性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨年轻护士双职工夫妻的职业体会,为其更好地平衡临床工作和家庭生活提供依据。方法:采用现象学分析方法,以半结构式的开放性访谈提纲对12名护士双职工夫妻进行深入访谈,利用Colaizzi分析程序进行分析、归纳、提炼主题。结果:年轻护士双职工夫妻职业体会主要有4个方面主题:对工作互相理解包容; 在工作中共同进步;能有效为对方排解压力;忽略家庭生活。结论:深入了解年轻护士双职工夫妻的职业体会,帮助其解决面临的实际问题。医院管理者应采取相关措施,鼓励年轻护士双职工夫妻共同进步,有助于稳定护理队伍,创造积极、和谐的工作氛围。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the career experience of young nurses from dual-earner couples, so as to provide evidence for their better balance between clinical work and family life. Methods: Phenomenological analysis method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 12 young nurses from dual-earner couples by using semi-structured open interview questionnaire, and the subject was analyzed, summarized and refined by using Colaizzi analysis program. Results: There were 4 main themes in young nurses of the dual-earner couples: understand and tolerate work;make common progress in work; relieve pressure on the other side effectively; ignore family life.Conclusion:Hospital administrators should take relevant measures to help the young nurses of dual-earner couples to solve the practical problems, encourage them to make progress together, which is conducive to stabilizing the nursing team and creating a positive and harmonious working atmosphere.
