Abstract: Objective: To construct a fall risk assessment scale for lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, so as to provide an effective fall assessment tool for the clinic. Methods: Through literature review, case discussion and medical investigation, the initial scale item pool was established. Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of inquiry to 22 experts, and the index screening and weight assignment of fall risk factors were carried out. Results: The effective recovery rates of two rounds of expert letters were 100% and 95.2% respectively, the authority coefficients of experts were 0.880 and 0.898 respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients of experts were 0.335 and 0.458 respectively(P<0.001). After two rounds of expert consultation, the fall risk assessment scale with the characteristics of lung cancer radiotherapy was developed. Conclusion: The fall risk assessment scale for lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy constructed by Delphi method is scientific and comprehensive, which can be used for fall risk assessment of lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.
