摘要： 目的：了解临床护士灾害准备度现状并分析其影响因素，为提高护士灾害准备度提供依据。方法：采用中文版灾害准备度量表对宁夏某三级甲等医院306名临床护士以电子问卷的形式进行调查。结果：306名临床护士灾害准备度得分为（176.44±31.77）分，量表的3个维度得分由高到低依次为灾后恢复、备灾和应对。职称、职务、工作年限、工作科室及是否参加过灾害救援活动是临床护士灾害准备度的主要影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：临床护士灾害准备度处于中等水平，各级管理者应加强对临床护士灾害护理知识的培训，提高其灾害护理能力，以便更好发挥主力军作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of clinical nurses’ disaster preparedness and analyze its contributing factors, so as to provide basis for improving the level of nurses’ disaster preparedness. Methods: A total of 306 clinical nurses from a tertiary A hospital in Ningxia were investigated with the Chinese version of disaster preparedness evaluation scale. Results: The mean score of disaster preparedness for 306 clinical nurses was 176.44±31.77. The scores of the 3 dimensions from high to low were post-disaster recovery, preparedness and response. Professional title, positions,working years, working departments and disaster relief experience were the main factors affecting the disaster preparedness of clinical nurses（P<0.05）. Conclusion: Disaster preparedness of clinical nurses was in the middle level. Managers should strengthen the training and improve nurses’ ability of disaster response.
