信息素养在护士心理资本与护理创新行为间的中介作用

Mediating effect of information literacy between psychological capital and innovative behavior in nurses

摘要: 目的:调查护士心理资本、信息素养和创新行为的现状,分析三者的相关关系,探讨信息素养在护士心理资本与创新行为之间 的中介作用。 方法:采用一般资料调查表、心理资本量表、信息素养量表和创新行为量表对天津市 2 所三级甲等医院共 135 名临床护 士进行横断面调查。 结果:护士心理资本、信息素养、创新行为总分分别为(90.35±16.55)分、(75.70±11.61)分、(34.33±6.94)分。 护士心 理资本与信息素养、创新行为呈正相关(r=0.696,P<0.01;r=0.663,P<0.01),信息素养与创新行为呈正相关(r=0.685,P<0.01)。 信息素养在 护士心理资本与创新行为之间起部分中介作用,中介效应(0.303)占总效应(0.663)的 45.70%。 结论:信息素养是护士心理资本和创新 行为间的中介变量,护理管理者应重视护士的心理资本和信息素养,采取有效的措施提升护士的心理资本水平和信息素养水平,从而 促进护士产生创新行为,提高其创新能力。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of the psychological capital, the information literacy and the innovative behavior of nurses, analyze the associations among the three variables and explore the mediating effect of the information literacy between the psychological capital and the innovative behavior. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 135 nurses in two Class A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin by self-designed general information questionnaire, psychological capital questionnaire, information literacy scale and innovative behavior scale. Results: The total scores of the psychological capital, the information literacy and the innovative behavior were 90.35±16.55, 75.70±11.61, and 34.33±6.94, respectively. The psychological capital in nurses was positively correlated with the information literacy and the innovative behavior (r=0.696, P<0.01; r=0.663, P<0.01). The information literacy were positively correlated with the innovative behavior (r =0.685,P <0.01).The information literacy played a partial mediating role in the association between the psychological capital and the innovative behavior, and the mediating effect was 0.303, which accounted for 45.70% of the total effect (0.663). Conclusion: The information literacy was the mediating variable in the association between the psychological capital and the innovative behavior. Nursing managers need to pay attention to the psychological capital and the information literacy among nurses and take effective measures targeted to the two aspects so as to eventually promote the innovative behavior and improve innovative ability.
