摘要： 目的：探讨超声中频导药仪治疗内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影术（Encoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography，ERCP）术后腹胀的效果。方法：将160例行ERCP术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组采用常规肝胆外科的治疗及护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上予以超声中频导药仪治疗。治疗后，观察并记录两组患者的腹胀情况及排气时间。结果：观察组术后腹胀程度轻于对照组，排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超声中频导药仪用于ERCP术后，能有效缩短排气时间并促进胃肠道蠕动，利于早期营养摄入。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of ultrasonic medium frequency medicine-guiding instrument on treating abdominal distension so as to provide optimal nursing regimen for ERCP patients. Methods: 160 ERCP patients were selected as control group and experimental group (80 peoples per group). Control group were provided with regular treatment and nursing measures and in experimental group, ultrasonic frequency medicine-guiding instrument was added on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the abdominal distension and time of exhaust in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results: The degree of postoperative abdominal distension in the research group was milder compared with that in the control group (P<0.05), the time of exhaust and borborygmus recovery were both shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate had statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic medium frequency medicine-guiding instrument can effectively shorten the time of exhaust and promote peristalsis of gastrointestinal tract. It is beneficial for nutrition intake at an early stage.
