Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of full-cycle disease management model based on patient-centered on the self-care ability and complications of patients with multiple myeloma. Methods: A total of 104 patients with multiple myeloma from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=52)and intervention group(n=52).The control group received routine nursing method, and the intervention group adopted full-cycle management on the basis of routine nursing. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the self-care behavior scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the self-care benhavior in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, the diffenence was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the full-cycle management model can effectively improve the self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications for patients with multiple myeloma.
