摘要：

目的：探讨持续性人文关怀护理对ICU意识清醒患者心理状况及希望水平的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-12月入住ICU进行治疗的意识清醒患者87例，分为观察组和对照组，2016年1月-6月入住ICU的42例患者为对照组，2016年7月-12月入住ICU的44例患者为观察组。对照组患者实施ICU常规护理，观察组患者实施常规护理和持续性人文关怀护理。干预3周后观察患者焦虑、抑郁状况及希望水平。结果：实施持续性人文关怀护理的观察组患者焦虑、抑郁水平低于对照组，希望水平得分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：持续性人文关怀护理有助于减轻ICU患者焦虑、抑郁水平，并能提高患者的希望水平。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of persistent humanitarian care mode on psychological status and hope level of conscious patients in ICU. Methods: 87 cases of conscious patients from January to December 2016 in ICU were divided into control group (42 cases of inpatient from January to June) and experimental group (45 cases of inpatient from July to December). The persistent humanitarian nursing and the routine care were used in experimental group and the routine care only was used in control group. A survey of psychological status and level of hope were implemented after 3 weeks of intervention. Then the results of the two groups were compared statistically. Results: The level of anxiety and depression of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The scores of hope level in experimental group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The persistent humanitarian nursing can help conscious patients to decrease the level of anxiety and depression and promote the level of hope in ICU.
