京津冀地区老年人社区医疗护理服务满意度及其影响因素分析

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective: To explore satisfaction of community health care service and its influenced factors in elderly people in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Methods: 2046 elderly people were investigated by unified questionnaires which were included self-designed questionnaires (collected the general information) and community health care satisfaction questionnaire. Then the multivariate linear regression analysis was used to find out influenced factors. Results: The satisfaction of community health care of elderly people in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was in middle degree, about 40% elderly people were not satisfied, more than 40% were feel general and only less than 20% was satisfied. The study showed that the influenced factors were afford level of medical expense, education level and health condition (P<0.05). Conclusion: The satisfaction of community health care in elderly people was lower. We should use specific measures to improve community health care service.

摘要： 目的：探讨老年人的社区医疗护理服务满意度现状及其影响因素。方法：采用自行设计的一般情况调查表和社区医疗护理服务满意度调查表对京津冀三地的2 046例老年人进行调查，采用多元线性回归分析老年人社区医疗护理服务满意度的影响因素。结果：京津冀地区的老年人对社区医疗护理服务满意度一般，其中接近或超过40%的老年人对社区医疗护理服务表示不满意，超过40%的老年人对社区医疗护理服务满意度为一般，仅有不足20%的老年人对社区护理服务表示满意。多元线性回归分析发现，医疗费用承担程度、文化程度和身体健康状况是对京津冀地区老年人的社区医疗护理服务满意度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：京津冀地区的老年人对社区医疗护理服务的满意度较低，社区工作者应重视并改善社区医疗卫生服务存在的问题，提高老年人的社区医疗护理服务满意度。
