Objective: To explore a treatment method to improve shoulder dysfunction in breast cancer patients after surgery. Methods：120 limb dysfunction patients with breast cancer after surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the Intervention group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases).The patients in control group were given conventional instruments and progressive rehabilitation exercise training, while the patients in intervention group were given loose joints treatment. The effects in two groups were evaluated 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: The suffering limb’s shoulder joint activity of the intervention group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The applying of the joint mobilization in postoperative patients with breast cancer can improve the suffering limb’s dysfunction as soon as possible.

目的：改善乳腺癌术后肩关节功能障碍患者的肢体功能。方法:将120例乳腺癌术后患肢肩关节活动功能障碍的患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规的器械及渐进式康复操训练，干预组实施关节松动技术手法治疗，分别在治疗前和治疗2周、4周后进行评价。结果:治疗后2周及4周干预组患肢肩关节活动度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论:乳腺癌患者术后应用关节松动技术可及早改善患肢肩关节活动功能障碍的程度。
