Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of intensive care unit psychosocial care scale (ICU-PC). Methods: The English version of ICU-PC was revised and translated into Chinese version. After specialist consultation and trial test, the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ICU-PC was tested in 100 ICU patients. Results: The Cronbach’s α coefficients of the Chinese ICU-PC were 0.902. The content validity index of Chinese ICU-PC was 0.90. Three factors were extracted by factor analysis and the cumulated variance was 82.28%. Conclusion: The Chinese version of ICU-PC has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to self- measure the psychosocial requirement for ICU patients.

目的：对英文版ICU心理护理量表（The intensive care unit psychosocial care scale, ICU-PC）进行汉化，检验其信度和效度。方法：采用Brislin翻译模型对ICU-PC进行汉化，并经专家函询及预试验调适问卷条目，将其应用于某三级甲等综合医院ICU患者100例，对测定结果进行信效度分析。结果：ICU-PC总的Cronbach's α系数为0.902；问卷各条目I-CVI的范围为0.83~1.00，S-CVI为0.90；探索性因子分析得到3个公因子，累积方差贡献率为82.28%，各条目在相应公因子上的因子负荷均在0.545以上。结论：中文版ICU-PC量表具有良好的信效度，适用于我国ICU患者人群心理护理需求的自我评价。
