 流程再造对院内心肺复苏成功率的影响

Abstract:  

 Objective: To explore new business process reengineering (BPR) in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in order to improve the success rate of CPR in patients with sudden cardiac arrest during hospital visits and hospitalization. Methods: 36 patients who were hospitalized for sudden cardiac arrest during the examination of the medical department from January 2014 to December 2015 and were in observation group, applied new process to implement team form CPR. The control group of 40 patients from January 2012 to December 2013 were given traditionally process that patients were transferred to the emergency department.The total rescue time, first defibrillation time, interruption time for chest compressions, artificial airway establishment time, start monitoring time, the time of the intravenous passage, use time for epinephrine, the recovery was successful were compared between two groups. Results: A total of time data in observation group were superior to that of in the control group, and the success rate was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: Business process reengineering in CPR can improve the timeliness and success rate of hospital CPR.

目的:实施心肺复苏流程再造,提高院内就诊及住院到医技科室检查过程中突发呼吸心跳骤停患者心肺复苏成功率。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年12月院内就诊及住院到医技科室检查过程中突发呼吸心跳骤停的患者36例为观察组,应用新流程实施团队形式心肺复苏;选择2012年1月至2013年12月院内就诊及住院到医技科室检查过程中突发呼吸心跳骤停的40例患者为对照组,按照传统方法转至急诊科行心肺复苏。比较两组患者总抢救时间、首次除颤时间、胸外按压中断时间、人工气道建立时间、开始监护时间、静脉通道建立时间、肾上腺素使用时间,复苏是否成功。结果 观察组患者总抢救时间、首次除颤时间、胸外按压中断时间、人工气道建立时间、开始监护时间、静脉通道建立时间、肾上腺素使用时间短于对照组,复苏成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施心肺复苏流程再造,提高了院内心肺复苏时效性,提高了抢救成功率。
