Objective: To explore the correlation between body Image and marriage quality among patients with breast cancer.Methods: 306 patients with breast cancer were recruited and investigated with general questionnaire, Body Image Questionnaire for Patients with Breast Cancer and Olson marriage quality questionnaire.Results: The total scores of body image were (104.74±8.31). The total scores and the dimensions of the Body Image Questionnaire were negatively correlated with the score of marriage quality (r=-0.443~0.126, P<0.05).Conclusion: The correlation exists between body Image and marriage quality among patients with breast cancer. The nurses should pay more attention to the changes of patients’ appearance and encourage communication between patients and their husbands to improve marriage quality.

目的: 探讨乳腺癌患者自我形象与婚姻质量的相关关系。方法: 采用一般资料问卷、乳腺癌患者体像问卷及Olson婚姻质量问卷对309例乳腺癌术后患者进行调查。结果: 乳腺癌患者自我形象总分为（104.74±8.31）分，其总分及各维度与婚姻质量得分呈负相关关系（r=-0.443~0.126,P<0.05）。结论: 乳腺癌患者自我形象与其婚姻质量具有相关性，临床人员在关注患者外观改变同时，也需要鼓励夫妻间沟通与交流，改善婚姻质量。
