达芬奇机器人辅助低位直肠癌侧方淋巴结清扫术的护理配合

Abstract

摘要： 总结2例低位直肠癌侧方淋巴结清扫术中应用达芬奇机器人辅助的手术护理及配合。术前将达芬奇机器人手术系统所需器械及耗材准备完善,对机器人系统进行自检;术中由巡回护士协助连接附加设备于达芬奇机器人影像处理平台。为确保机器人系统正常运行,准确对接Trocar与机器人系统患者手术平台,保证对接的位置准确,连接牢靠。器械护士密切配合手术医生,准确传递更换机器人器械,做好突发事件的应急准备工作;术后清洗消毒器械并及时标记每把器械使用的次数,登记留档。
