Abstract: Objective: To explore the status of hospital infection in adult patients with acute leukemia and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: The clinical data of 279 adult patients with acute leukemia were retrospectively analyzed. According to the infection outcome, they were divided into infected and uninfected groups. The influencing factors of infection were analyzed by univariate analysis and Logistic regression. Results: Among the 279 patients with acute leukemia, 118 were infected, and the incidence of nosocomial infection rate was 42.29%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, length of hospitalization, invasive treatment, white blood cell, neutrophil count, neutrophil deficiency time, hemoglobin and the level of serum procalcitonin were the independent influencing factors (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia is high. Clinical medical staff should pay attention to the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia, and formulate effective and feasible intervention measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.

摘要： 目的：了解成人急性白血病患者院内感染现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：回顾性分析279例成人急性白血病患者的临床资料，依据感染结局分为感染和未感染组，通过单因素分析及Logistic回归分析其感染的影响因素。结果：279例急性白血病患者中，感染118例，院内感染发生率为42.29%。Logistic回归分析结果显示：年龄、住院天数、侵入性治疗、白细胞、中性粒细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞缺乏时间、血红蛋白、血清降钙素原水平是急性白血病患者院内感染的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论：急性白血病患者院内感染发生率高，临床医护人员应重视急性白血病患者发生院内感染的危险因素，制定有效可行的干预措施，降低院内感染发生率。
