Study on the current situation and influencing factors of professional career success of rehabilitation specialist nurses in Ningxia

宁夏地区康复专科护士职业生涯成功感现状及影响因素研究

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current situation of professional career success of rehabilitation specialist nurses in Ningxia, and analyze the factors affecting their professional career success. Methods: Using the method of cluster sampling,163 specialty nurses who have obtained a provincial or higher certificate of qualification for rehabilitation nursing training in Ningxia from January to March 2022 were investigated by general data questionnaire, career success scale and nursing work environment scale. Results: The total score of professional career success of rehabilitation specialty nurses in Ningxia was 35.76±9.64, and the total score of nursing working environment was 96.89±17.39. The total score and each dimension of nursing environment scale were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension of career success scale (P<0.01). The results of regression analysis showed that the adequacy of human and material resources, nurses′ participation in hospital affairs, educational background, undertaking rehabilitation nursing training and night shift frequency were the main factors affecting the professional career success of rehabilitation specialty nurses in Ningxia, which could explain 50.0% of the total variation. Conclusion: The sense of career success of rehabilitation specialty nurses in Ningxia is at a medium level. Rehabilitation nursing managers can improve rehabilitation specialty nurses′ sense of career success by many targeted measures such as reducing the frequency of night shifts by increasing the manpower and material resources of departments; improving the training system; encouraging rehabilitation nurses to improve their academic qualifications and providing opportunities to participate in nursing academic conferences, so as to improve their scientific research ability and thus improve their sense of career success.

摘要: 目的:调查宁夏地区康复专科护士职业生涯成功感现状,并分析影响职业生涯成功感的因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,于2022 年 1 月至 3 月选取宁夏地区 163 名取得省级及以上康复护理专科护士培训合格证书的专科护士,采用一般资料调查问卷、职业生涯成功量表和护理工作环境量表对其进行调查。结果:宁夏地区康复专科护士职业生涯成功感总分为(35.76±9.64)分,护理工作环境总分为(96.89±17.39)分。护理环境量表总分及各维度与职业生涯成功量表总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,人力和物力资源充裕度、护士参与医院事务、学历、承担康复护理培训工作以及大夜班频次是影响宁夏地区康复专科护士职业生涯成功感的主要因素,可解释总变异的50.0%。结论:宁夏地区康复专科护士的职业生涯成功感处于中等偏上水平,康复护理管理者可通过增加科室人力和物力以减少护士夜班频次;健全培训体系,提高护士再培训的能力;鼓励康复专科护士提升学历,提供参与护理学术会议的机会,从而提高其科研能力,进而提高其职业生涯成功感。
