Abstract: Objective: To summarize the relevant evidence for eye care in ICU patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation, develop an eye care protocol based on clinical context, and observe its clinical application effects. Methods: Using evidence-based nursing methods, the best evidence for eye care in ICU patients was selected and adapted to fit the clinical context, with review indicators established. From January to June 2022, a baseline review was conducted among 156 patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation (baseline review group) to analyze the barriers to evidence application and develop corresponding strategies. From July to December 2022, a follow-up review was conducted in 120 patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation (evidence application group), comparing the execution rate of review indicators, the incidence of eye complications, and the clinical ability scores of ICU nurses in eye care between the two groups. Results:The execution rate of the nine review indicators in evidence application group was significantly higher than baseline review group (P<0.05). The incidence of eye complications was lower than baseline review group(P<0.05). The scores for ICU staff′s knowledge and behavior related to eye care, as well as the total score, were significantly higher than baseline review group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The eye care plan for ICU patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation, developed through evidence synthesis, improves the execution of eye care practices by ICU healthcare staff, prevents eye complications in patients, and enhances the eye care competence of nurses.

摘要： 目的：总结ICU呼吸机辅助通气患者眼部护理的相关证据，结合临床情境制定眼部护理方案，并观察其临床应用效果。方法：采用循证护理的方法形成符合临床情境的ICU患者眼部护理的最佳证据，并形成审查指标。于2022年1月至6月在156例呼吸机辅助通气患者（基线审查组）中进行基线审查，分析证据应用的障碍因素，制定相应的应对策略。 2022年7月至12月在120例呼吸机辅助通气患者（证据应用组）进行再次审查，比较两组审查指标执行率、眼部并发症发生率及ICU护士眼部护理临床能力得分情况。 结果：证据应用组9个审查指标的执行率均高于基线审查组（P＜0.05）；眼部并发症发生率低于基线审查组（P＜0.05）；ICU 医护眼部护理知识、行为得分及总分均高于基线审查组（P＜0.05）。结论：通过循证证据总结形成的ICU呼吸机辅助通气眼部护理方案，可改善ICU医护人员眼部护理执行情况，预防患者眼部并发症的发生，提高护士眼部护理能力。
