摘要： 总结1例宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术并发TURP综合征患者的护理。密切观察患者生命体征变化,监测尿量、膨宫压力、膨宫液体的入量、血钠浓度等数值,纠正电解质紊乱等,最终患者无术中护理不当引起的严重并发症。
