临床护理教师胜任力模型在临床护理教师培训中的应用与效果评价

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing teacher competency model in clinical nursing teacher training. Methods: 26 clinical nursing teachers who were recruited through competition in 2017 were assigned to the control group, while 25 clinical nursing teachers who competed in 2018 were included in the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional training method, and the observational group adopted the training scheme based on the competency model of clinical nursing teachers.The scores of theoretical knowledge, year-end comprehensive assessment and clinical nursing teachers' competence evaluation scale were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in theory and year-end comprehensive assessment(P<0.01), and the observational group was superior to the control group in teaching knowledge and skills, self-concept, motivation and traitsin clinical nursing teachers' competence questionnaire(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in knowledge and skill dimensions(P=0.22). Conclusion: The competency training program for clinical nursing teachers based on the competency model of clinical nursing teachers is helpful to promote the role change, role adaptation and teaching skills of new clinical nursing teachers, and can be used in the training of clinical nursing teachers.

摘要: 目的: 评价临床护理教师胜任力模型在临床护理教师胜任力培训中的应用效果。方法: 选择2017及2018年4月通过自愿报名、竞聘上岗的新任临床护理教师26名、25名为对照组、观察组。对照组采用传统临床护理教师培训方法,观察组采用以临床护理教师胜任力模型为基础设计的培训方案,比较两组理论知识成绩、年终综合考核成绩及临床护理教师胜任力评价得分情况。结果: 观察组理论及年终综合考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组临床护理教师胜任力问卷中教学知识与技能、自我概念、动机、特质4个维度得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但临床知识与技能维度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.22)。结论: 以临床护理教师胜任力模型为基础构建的临床护理教师胜任力培训方案有助于促进新任临床护理教师角色转变、角色适应,提高教学技能。
