Abstract: Objective: To explore the continuous care needs of patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy based on smart healthcare, providing reference for the effective implementation of continuous care for these patients. Methods: Purposeful sampling was used to select 20 patients undergoing chemotherapy in the daytime ward of a grade Ⅲ and first-class tumor specialist hospital. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the data were analyzed to identify key themes. Results: A total of 54 continuous care needs were identified from the interviews. Hierarchical cluster analysis categorized these needs into three main themes and 13 sub-themes, including individual care needs(needs related to chemotherapy adverse reaction care, daily life guidance, safety instructions, infusion catheter maintenance, medication guidance, and psychological adjustment), platform module construction needs(online consultation, online services, health records, intelligent reminders, health education), and social support needs(peer support and social worker support). Conclusion: Patients experience significant symptom burdens and psychological stress during their home care period. Conventional continuous care methods are insufficient to meet their needs. Healthcare providers should fully understand the patients′ needs, develop personalized and targeted continuous care plans, and offer convenient smart healthcare service platforms. This will allow for effective online management of patients during their home care period, ultimately improving their quality of life.

摘要： 目的：了解基于智慧医疗的日间化疗患者延续性护理需求，为有效开展日间化疗患者延续性护理工作提供参考。方法：采用目的抽样方法，选取20例某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院日间病房化疗患者进行半结构式访谈，分析资料，提炼主题。结果：访谈获得54 项延续性护理需求，通过层次聚类分析将患者需求分为3个主题和13个亚主题。 分别为个体支持需求（化疗不良反应照护需求、生活指导需求、安全指导需求、输液导管维护需求、用药指导需求、心理调适需求），平台模块建设需求（在线咨询、线上服务、健康记录、智能提醒、健康教育）和社会支持需求（同伴支持、社工支持）。结论：患者居家期间症状负担明显，心理压力大，运用常规延续性护理方法无法满足其需求，医护人员应充分了解患者需求，制定个性化延续性护理方案，提供便捷的智慧医疗服务平台，实现患者居家期间的在线管理，以提高患者生活质量。
