Abstract:  

Objective: To explore the effect of situational simulation course based on the post competency on the training of ICU specialist nurse. Methods: The score of post competency, the clinical nursing quality in ICU and the satisfaction of doctor, head nurse and patient families for nursing staff before and after training were compared. Results: After training, the score of post competency, the nursing quality, and the satisfaction were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the post competency, the scene simulation training that integrate theory with practice, pay more attention to the training effect can improve the level of nurses’ theoretical knowledge and skills as well as the emergency rescue capability.

摘要: 目的:探讨基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训在ICU专科护士培训中的效果。方法:以岗位胜任力为核心,拟定培训内容进行培训,在后期进行情景模拟的培训,观察培训前后护理人员岗位胜任力得分、ICU临床护理工作质量以及医生、护士长和家属对护理人员的满意度。结果:培训后,护理人员岗位胜任力得分、ICU临床护理工作质量以及医生、护士长和家属对护理人员的满意度均有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训能够理论联系实际,更加注重培训效果,能提高护理人员的理论知识和操作技能水平以及应急救护能力。
