A qualitative study of the real experience of new employed nurses during
post-rotation in the cancer ICU for the first time

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To explore and analyze the psychological states and real experience of new employed nurses in ICU, so as to provides a theoretical basis for better clinical teaching. Methods: Phenomenological research method was used in this study.12 new employed nurses were given interview with semi-structured interview method, and the Colaizzi analysis method was used to collate and analyze the data.Results: 4 themes were concluded through data analysis, which were unfamiliar environment and equipment, confused and fear, lack of effective communication skill, different experience of guilt and achievement. Conclusion: Understanding the real feelings and needs of new employed nurses during their first rotation in ICU and giving targeted clinical teaching can help them adapt to post-rotation more quickly and further improve the clinical nursing teaching effect.

摘要： 目的：了解并探讨新护士在肿瘤重症ICU轮转时的心理动态及真实感受，为临床更好的带教新护士工作提供理论依据，进而帮助新护士在临床工作中快速成长。方法：运用质性研究中的现象学研究法，对12名首次在肿瘤重症ICU轮转的新护士的真实体验进行深入访谈，采用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果：通过资料整理分析得出4个主题，新护士首次在ICU轮转期间对工作环境和仪器设备会产生陌生感，同时内心也会有迷茫和恐惧感；与科室同事及患者和家属缺乏有效沟通；愧疚感与成就感同时存在。结论：了解新护士首次在ICU轮转期间真实的内心感受和需求，给予有针对性的临床带教，有助于新护士更快地适应ICU轮转工作，进一步提高临床护理教学效果。
