Abstract: Objective: To understand the current status of quality of life for patients with rheumatoidarthritis(RA) as well as to identify influencing factors.Methods: A total of 163 RA patients who received treatment at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital were enrolled into study from July, 2017 to June, 2018. Questionnaires were used to measure quality of life and its related influencing factors, and t test，variance analysis，Pearson correlation，Spearman rank correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used for statistical analysis．Results:The study shows that the score of living quality in RA patients was （47.49±21.19）．Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that functional disability，fatigue，pain，matrimony and DAS 28 were negatively correlated with quality of life(P＜0.05). Conclusion:The level of quality of life in RA patients in our country needs to be improved. The author suggests that we should take corresponding clinical measures for RA patients who have a poor functional disability, severe pain, obvious fatigue, in active period and be married, in order to improve the physical and psychological states and quality of life.

摘要： 目的：了解类风湿关节炎患者生活质量现状，分析类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响因素。方法：选取2017年7月至2018年6月天津医科大学总医院风湿免疫科住院及门诊患者163例进行问卷调查。采用t检验、方差分析、Pearson相关分析、Spearman秩相关分析及多元逐步回归分析进行统计分析，探讨影响类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的因素。结果：类风湿关节炎患者生活质量量表得分为（47.49 ± 21.19）分；躯体功能状况、疲劳严重程度、疼痛程度、婚姻状况及DAS28是生活质量的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量水平有待提高，医护人员应加强对躯体功能差、疼痛程度重、疲劳症状明显、疾病活动度高及已婚状态患者的关注，及时采取针对性措施改善患者生理及心理状态，提高生活质量。
