Abstract122)   HTML0)    PDF (766KB)(32)
Objective: To explore the real experience of patients with lymphoma facing the death of patients in the same room with the same disease. Methods: Using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research, in-depth interviews with 15 lymphoma patients were conducted, and the subjects were summarized and refined. Results: Three themes were refined including complex emotional stress, death related nursing needs and death-related emotional coping styles such as positive coping (spiritual coping, self-compassion, seeking for psychological intervention, religious belief)and negative coping. Conclusion: Lymphoma patients have more complicated emotional reactions after experiencing the death of patients in the same room with the same disease, and they have more death related nursing needs and special coping strategies. Clinicians should help patients eliminate adverse stimuli in a timely manner, and can regularly carry out training on death knowledge. At the same time, we should correctly evaluate patients’ emotional coping styles to help patients achieve spiritual salvation.

Abstract244)   HTML239)    PDF (724KB)(66)
Objective: To explore the effect of intervention programs based on the theory of goal attainment on the discharge readiness of patients with multiple myeloma. Methods: 92 patients with multiple myeloma were included by convenient sampling and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random digital tables. The control group (47 cases) adopted routine nursing care, and the observation group (45 cases) received an intervention program based on the theory of goal attainment. The discharge readiness, self-care ability, and discharge guidance quality were compared between two groups. Results: The total score and the scores of each dimension of discharge readiness on the day of discharge in the observation group were higher than the control group( P<0.01). After the intervention, the score of discharge guidance quality in the observation group was higher than the control group ( P<0.01), and there was an interactive effect in the self-care ability score ( F=3.706, P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention program based on the theory of compliance could improve the preparation and self-care ability of patients with multiple myeloma, and be used to provide reference for clinical nurses in the future.

Abstract189)   HTML177)    PDF (669KB)(58)
Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based practice on prevention of medical device related pressure injury (MDRPI) in critically ill patients based on the Knowledge to Action Cycle. Methods: According to the standard procedure of evidence-based practice in the Knowledge to Action Cycle, the evidence-based practice for the prevention of MDRPI in critically ill patients was formed and applied to clinical effect evaluation. A non-synchronous control trial design was used. Critically ill patients with MDRPI risk admitted from July to September 2019 were included in the control group. Critically ill patients admitted to the same clinical situation from July to September 2020 were included in the intervention group. The control group received routine care and the intervention group received evidence-based practice of prevention on the basis of routine care. The incidence of MDRPI between the intervention group and the control group was compared and the feasibility and effectiveness of the prevention evidence-based practice program in specific clinical situations was evaluated. Results:There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups ( P>0.05). The incidence of MDRPI in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, there was significant statistical difference ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence -based practice of MDRPI prevention among critically ill patients was carried out based on the Knowledge to Action Cycle Theory, and a scientific, feasible and evidence-based practice for MDRPI prevention was formed. It reduced the incidence of MDRPI, and improved the quality of skin management among critically ill patients.

Abstract252)   HTML1)    PDF (778KB)(137)
Objective: To explore the relationship and internal mechanism of self-efficacy, readiness for hospital discharge and Internet medical treatment willingness. Methods: A total of 307 patients were selected from a third-class hospital in Tianjin on the day before discharge. Self-efficacy level, readiness for hospital discharge and willingness to adopt“Internet + nursing service” of the patients were investigated by general information questionnaire, readiness for hospital discharge scale, general self-efficacy scale and willingness to adopt “Internet + nursing service” questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results: There was a positive correlation between patients’ discharge readiness, self-efficacy and willingness to adopt “Internet + nursing service”( P<0.001). Discharge readiness could not only directly affect patients’ willingness to adopt “Internet + nursing services”, but also indirectly affect the willingness to adopt“Internet + nursing services” through self-efficacy. Conclusion: Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between middle-aged and elderly patients’ readiness for hospital discharge and willingness to“Internet + nursing service”. Managers should pay full attention to improve the self-efficacy level of such people and enhance their willingness to seek medical treatment on the Internet.
