Abstract26)      PDF (790KB)(0)
Objective: To systematically evaluate the perceived experience of masculinity in prostate cancer survivors and provide a reference for reconstructing personalized masculinity support strategies for prostate cancer survivors. Methods: CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, Chinese biomedical literature database, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase on prostate cancer survivors were retrieved from inception to March 2023. The quality evaluation of the included literatures was conducted using the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), and the results were integrated by the Meta integration method. Results: Fifteen articles were included, 55 research results were extracted, and 10 new categories were summarized into 4 integrated results including multiple factors of weakened masculinity (sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, self-image disorder), weakened emotional disclosure and performance (stigma, a sense of shame, social avoidance), seeking medical treatment and emotional support (lack of medical information support and absence of emotional support), coping in a stoic masculine way (self-deprecating humor, positivity). Conclusion: Health care staff should pay attention to the weakening factors of perceived experience of masculinity in prostate cancer survivors, construct and improve masculinity, develop personalized support strategies to meet the needs of prostate cancer survivors and enhance their quality of life.

Abstract63)      PDF (657KB)(42)
Objective: To explore potential categories of characteristics of family caregivers′ perceived benefit for young and middle-aged stroke patients, and to analyze differences in caregiver characteristics across categories and the factors that influence them. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select family caregivers of young and middle-aged stroke patients hospitalized at a grade Ⅲ and first-class neurological hospital in Tianjin from October 2023 to April 2024. The Stroke Caregiver Benefit Scale(CBS) was used for data collection. The potential categories of family caregivers were analyzed, and unordered multinomial logistic regression was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors. Results: The perceived benefit characteristics of family caregivers were categorized into 3 categories, including the "Low benefit-Lack of personal and family growth" (39.4%), "Moderate benefit-High self-transcendence" (32.9%), and "High benefit-Moderate self-transcendence" (27.7%). The results of unordered multinomial logistic regression analyses showed that coping style, social support levels, presence of a co-caregiver, caregiver burden levels, frequency of stroke events, and employment status were the factors influencing the perception of benefit for family caregivers of young and middle aged stroke patients. Conclusion: There are obvious categorical characteristics of family caregivers in young and middle aged stroke patients. It is recommended that medical staff take targeted interventions according to different types of perceived benefit characteristics to enhance the caregivers′ sense of benefit.

Abstract222)   HTML154)    PDF (748KB)(124)
Objective: To systematically evaluate the risk factors of implantable venous access port related thrombosis in tumor patients by meta -analysis. Methods: PubMed, Cochrane Library,Web of Science, Embase, CBM, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP database were retrieved from the inception to April 1st,2021. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted the data. The RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 17 literatures with 25 risk factors were included. Meta-analysis of results showed that risk factors of implantable venous access port-related thrombosis in tumor patients including age≥60( OR=0.30, 95% CI 0.13~0.70) ,BMI≥24 kg/m 2 ( OR=0.60, 95% CI 0.47~0.76), infection ( OR=6.34, 95% CI 1.38~29.11) ,thrombosis history( OR=3.41, 95% CI 1.63~7.14), tumor stage III ~ IV ( OR=0.47, 95% CI 0.26~0.85), gastrointestinal carcinoma of tumor classification( OR=0.68, 95% CI 0.56~0.83), TEC( OR= 4.13, 95% CI 1.38~12.34),surgical history( OR=1.43, 95% CI 1.06~1.92),and port tip location(OR=0.15, 95%CI 0.07~0.32).Conclusion: The results of this study showed that age, BMI, infection, history of thrombosis, tumor stage, tumor classification, chemotherapy regimen, surgical history, and port tip location were the risk factors of implantable venous access portrelated thrombosis. Medical staffs should increase the management of risk factors in clinical nursing of implantable venous access port to prevent thrombosis.

Abstract258)   HTML5)    PDF (482KB)(149)
Objective: To investigate the status of medical narrative ability of oncology specialist nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 220 oncology specialist nurses by convenience sampling method were investigated by Chinese medical narrative ability scale and family care scale. Results: The total score of the medical narrative ability of 220 oncology specialist nurses was 158.64±17.13. There were statistically significant differences in the medical narrative ability scores of oncology specialist nurses with different educational backgrounds, working years, departments, marital status, and whether any of their relatives had cancer( P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department, marital status and family care level were the main factors affecting the medical narrative ability. Conclusion: The medical narrative ability of oncology specialist nurses is at the upper-middle level and needs to be further improved. Nursing managers should formulate targeted intervention measures based on the influencing factors of medical narrative ability to improve their medical narrative ability.
