Abstract44)      PDF (457KB)(13)
Objective: To summarize the relevant evidence for eye care in ICU patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation, develop an eye care protocol based on clinical context, and observe its clinical application effects. Methods: Using evidence-based nursing methods, the best evidence for eye care in ICU patients was selected and adapted to fit the clinical context, with review indicators established. From January to June 2022, a baseline review was conducted among 156 patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation (baseline review group) to analyze the barriers to evidence application and develop corresponding strategies. From July to December 2022, a follow-up review was conducted in 120 patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation (evidence application group), comparing the execution rate of review indicators, the incidence of eye complications, and the clinical ability scores of ICU nurses in eye care between the two groups. Results:The execution rate of the nine review indicators in evidence application group was significantly higher than baseline review group ( P<0.05). The incidence of eye complications was lower than baseline review group( P<0.05). The scores for ICU staff′s knowledge and behavior related to eye care, as well as the total score, were significantly higher than baseline review group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The eye care plan for ICU patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation, developed through evidence synthesis, improves the execution of eye care practices by ICU healthcare staff, prevents eye complications in patients, and enhances the eye care competence of nurses.

Abstract102)   HTML0)    PDF (395KB)(24)
Objective: To analyze the mediating effect of nurses′ professional identity between psychological capital and retention intention. Methods: A total of 237 nurses from 4 Class A tertiary hospitals in Beijing were included, and were investigated by psychological capital scale, occupational identity scale and retention intention scale. SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the correlation between psychological capital, occupational identity and retention intention of nurses, and AMOS 22.0 was used to analyze the mediating effect of nurses′ professional identity between psychological capital and retention intention. Results: The total scores of psychological capital, professional identity and retention intention of nurses were (92.70±16.63) points, (106.87±19.51) points and (20.53±3.71) points respectively. The psychological capital, professional identity and retention intention of nurses were significantly positively correlated ( P<0.01). Professional identity had a complete mediating effect between psychological capital and retention intention ( β=0.43, P<0.05). Conclusion : The professional identity and retention intention of nurses were at a medium level, and the psychological capital was at a high level. Nurses′ professional identity directly affects their retention intention and nurses′ psychological capital and indirectly affects their retention intention through their professional identity. Nursing managers can take effective measures to improve nurses′ psychological capital and professional identity, so as to improve nurses′ retention intention and stabilize the nursing team.

Abstract191)   HTML2)    PDF (529KB)(98)
Objective: To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on self-perceived burden and quality of life of patients with recurrence of primary liver cancer after operation. Methods: 200 patients with postoperative recurrence of primary liver cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of self-perceived burden scale and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: There was no significant difference in the scores of self-perceived burden scale, total score of quality of life and each dimension between the two groups before intervention( P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of self-perceived burden scale, total score of quality of life and each dimension in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can not only reduce the self-perceived burden of patients with recurrence of primary liver cancer, but also improve the quality of life of patients.

Abstract278)
Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing teaching approach based on the core competency of nursing students in intensive care unit (ICU).  Methods: 100 nursing students were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 in each group. The control group received traditional teaching method. On this basis, the intervention group implementation of clinical nursing teaching path mode. The nurse’s core competent evaluation scale was used to evaluate for all nursing students at the first day and last day in ICU. Results: The total score of core competence in intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the last day in ICU, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), the satisfaction of nursing students was higher too (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mode of clinical nursing teaching can improve the core competency of critical nursing students.
