问题管理模式在急诊预检分诊中的应用

The application of problem management pattern on the pre-examination and triage system in emergency department

摘要: 目的:探讨问题管理模式在急诊预检分诊中的应用效果。方法:分别于问题管理模式实施前后选取500例患者为观察对象,比较实施前后急诊危重患者分诊检出率、危重患者就诊等候时间、患者或家属满意度及医护人员满意度。结果 :实施问题管理模式后,急诊危重患者分诊检出率、患者或家属满意度得分、医护人员满意度得分高于实施前,危重患者就诊等候时间短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :问题管理模式应用于急诊预检分诊管理中,提高了急诊危重患者分诊检出率,缩短了危重患者就诊等候时间,同时提升了患者、家属及医护人员的满意度。

Abstract:  

Objective: To explore the application effect of problem management pattern on the pre-examination triage system in emergency department. Methods: 500 emergency patients were randomly selected before and after the implementation of problem management pattern, respectively.The parameters such as detection rate of emergency critically ill patients, the waiting time of emergency critically ill patients, the patients’ satisfaction and the staff’s satisfaction were evaluated. Results: The detection rate of emergency critically ill patients, the satisfaction of patients and staff after the implementation of problem management pattern were significantly higher than that of before (P<0.05). While the waiting time was significantly less. Conclusion: The application of problem management pattern is able to improve the detection rate of emergency critically ill patients, decrease the waiting time, improve the statistician degree of patients, their dependents and medical staff.
