摘要：

目的：了解原发性肝癌手术患者主要照顾者的综合需求。方法：采用便利抽样法，对221例肝癌手术患者主要照顾者采用一般资料调查表和癌症患者照顾者综合需求量表(CNAT-C)进行调查。结果：综合需求的七个维度中，对医护人员需求得分最高，为（76.17±28.51）分；对知识信息需求较高，为（68.66±24.11）；对医院的设施和服务需求稍低，为（54.76±30.63）分；对家庭和社会支持需求得分位列第4，为（45.03±32.19）分。结论：医护人员应根据原发性肝癌手术患者主照顾者的综合需求调查结果，采取有针对性地教育指导及全面的支持，以满足照顾者的不同需求，促进患者的顺利康复。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the comprehensive requirements of main caregivers for primary liver cancer patients. Methods: Convenience sampling was adopted to investigate 221 caregivers of patients who accepted surgical treatments. They were surveyed by basical information scale and comprehensive needs assessment tool in cancer for caregivers (CNAT-C). Results: In the 7 dimensionality of CNAT-C, requirements for directions from doctors and nurses got the highest average score（76.17±28.51）, requirements for particular knowledge and information got the secondary highest average score （68.66±24.11）, requirements for medical facilities and other services got the relatively low average score（54.76±30.63）. The average score of requirements for supports form family and society ranked the forth（45.03±32.19）. Conclusion: Medical staffs should adopt specific education and comprehensive supports to satisfy the requirements of caregivers for the recovery of primary liver cancer patients.
