摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：了解血友病患儿家属的焦虑状况，探讨综合护理干预方法对患儿家属焦虑程度的影响。方法：对50例患儿家属分别在综合护理干预前后使用焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS）进行调查。结果：血友病患儿家属普遍存在焦虑心理，接受综合护理干预后，焦虑程度有不同程度改善。结论：通过对血友病患儿家属实施有效的综合护理干预，可以有效缓解和降低家属的焦虑程度，从而为患儿提供更好的社会支持、鼓励其更好的治疗和护理。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the anxiety state of the hemophilia children’s parents, and to evaluate the potential influences of a comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods: The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) surveys have been conducted to 50 family members of hemophilic children prior to and after a comprehensive nursing intervention respectively. Results: High anxiety level has been confirmed in most hemophilic children’s family members. After the comprehensive nursing intervention, the anxiety level has been decreased at different extents. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate and reduce the anxiety level of hemophilic children’s family members. It provides better social supports to the hemophilic children’s family members, and facilitates a more active treatment and nursing.
