Abstract: Objective:To explore the application of early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) curve on impact evaluation for fluid resuscitation in septic shock patients in order to adopt nursing intervention measures in time. Methods: 48 cases of septic shock were divided into two groups(24 cases in each group). The EGDT curve was used only in experiment group. The data and EGDT curve of patients at 6h, 24h after fluid resuscitation was observed and compared between two groups. Results: The difference of EGDT at 6h, 24h after resuscitation was statistically significant between two groups.(P<0.01). The volume of fluid input, incidence of pulmonary edema, shock duration, secondary resuscitation and application of vasoactive drugs of two groups at 6h after resuscitation were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The EGDT curve can be used to observe change in patient condition timely so as to improve the cure rate of shock.
