Abstract: Objective: To analyze the status and influencing factors of continuous service needs in patients with cervical spondylosis after surgery. Methods: A total of 92 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected as the research objects. A self-made continuous service needs questionnaire was used to investigate the patients′ postoperative continuous care needs 1 day before discharge, and the status of patients with different characteristics was compared to identify the relevant influencing factors. Results: The score of continuous service needs was 40.35±5.76. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of postoperative continuous service needs of patients with cervical spondylosis in different age groups, educational level, postoperative hospital stay and neck dysfunction (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, postoperative hospital stay and neck dysfunction were influencing factors of continuous service needs in patients with cervical spondylosis after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with cervical spondylosis have high needs for continuous service after surgery, which is affected by the age of patients, educational level, postoperative hospital stay, and the dysfunction of neck.
