摘要：

目的：探讨术前动机性访谈对老年女性肺癌患者自我感受负担及希望水平的影响。方法：应用便利抽样的方法，选取住院并接受择期手术的老年女性肺癌患者90例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分成对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组进行常规术前访视，观察组采用动机性访谈对患者进行一对一术前访视。采用一般资料调查问卷，自我感受负担量表，Herth希望量表进行问卷调查。结果：干预后观察组自我感受负担总分及情感负担维度、身体负担维度得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组希望水平总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：术前动机性访谈可降低老年女性肺癌患者自我感受负担，并提升老年女性肺癌手术患者的希望水平，有利于调整患者负性情绪。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of preoperative motivational interviews on the self-Perception burden and hope level of elderly women with lung cancer. Methods: A total of 90 elderly women with lung cancer who were hospitalized and undergoing elective surgery were selected as subjects. The random number table method was used to divide into 45 cases in the control group and the observation group. The control group received a routine preoperative visit, and the observation group used a motivational interview to perform a one-to-one preoperative visit. The general information questionnaire, the self-perception burden scale, and the Herth hope scale were used for questionnaire survey. Results: After intervention, the scores of self-receptive burden, emotional burden and body burden dimensions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group hoped that the total score was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative motivational interview can reduce the self-Perception burden of lung cancer patients in elderly women, and effectively improve the hope level of elderly women with lung cancer surgery, and help to adjust the negative emotions of patients.
