摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：了解人文护理目前的研究现状与存在的问题，为今后进一步的研究提供参考。方法：从中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据，维普中文期刊全文数据，检索2012年1月至2018年10月10种护理核心期刊刊载人文护理研究的文献，并进行计量分析。结果：最终纳入符合标准的文献497篇，其中《护理研究》、《护理学杂志》、《中国实用护理杂志》发文较多；497篇研究分布26个省、自治区、直辖市；发文量呈波动上升的趋势，但上升趋势不明显；研究方法以实验性研究最多，共184篇（37.00%），质性研究最少，共31篇（6.24%）；研究内容中临床实践最多，共233篇（46.88%），护理理论最少，共19篇（3.82%）。结论：我国对人文护理的关注不够，发文量地域分布不平衡，研究深度与广度有待完善。

Abstract: Objective:To understand the current research status and existing problems of humanistic nursing in order to provide reference for further research in the future. Methods:From China national knowledge infrastructure（CNKI）, Wanfang and Weipu full-text data, the literatures of humanistic nursing were retrieved and analyzed,which were published in 10 core nursing journals from January 2012 to October 2018. Results: 497 eligible articles were included, among which “Nursing Research”, “Nursing Journal” and “Chinese Practical Nursing Magazine” issued more articles. 497 papers were distributed in 26 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. The number of papers fluctuated upward, but the upward trend was not obvious. The experimental research were the most, with 184（37.00%)，and qualitative studies were the least with 32( 6.24%) ; Among the research contents, clinical practice was the most (233 in total, 46.88%), and nursing theory was the least(19 in total, 3.82%). Conclusion:The nurses of China pay insufficient attention to humanistic nursing, and the regional distribution of papers is unbalanced. The depth and breadth of research need to be improved.
