摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查2型糖尿病患者疾病感知现状并分析其影响因素。方法：对天津市某三甲医院住院的220例2型糖尿病患者采用简易疾病感知问卷进行调查。结果：2型糖尿病患者疾病感知总分为（42.59±9.98）分，患者的职业状态、文化程度、月经济收入、合并糖尿病慢性并发症情况是其疾病感知的影响因素，共解释疾病感知总变异的17.9%（P＜0.01）。结论：2型糖尿病患者存在中等偏高的疾病感知，护理人员在工作中应关注不在职、文化水平低、经济水平低、伴有慢性并发症的患者，帮助其建立正确的认知。

Abstract: To investigate the level of illness perception and analyze its associated factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 220 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin using brief illness perception questionnaire. Results:The total score of illness perception of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was42.59±9.98. Patient’s occupational status, educational level, monthly economic income and conditions of combined with diabetes chronic diseases were associated factors of their illness perception, which could explain 17.9% of the total variation of illness perception（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had moderately high negative illness perception.Nursing staff should focus on patients who were not employed, with low educational level, low economic level and chronic complications, to help them establish correct disease awareness.
