国内护理职业防护研究热点及趋势的知识图谱分析

Analysis on mapping knowledge domain of domestic research hotspots and trends of nursing occupational protection

摘要: 目的:探讨国内护理领域职业防护相关研究热点和研究态势,并掌握该领域文献研究状况和前沿。方法:借助可视化软件 CiteSpace,对中国知网 2013 年 1 月 1 日至 2022 年 12 月 31 日收录的护理领域职业防护相关研究文献,从发文量、研究作者、研究机构、研究领域和研究热点等方面绘制科学知识图谱,进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入 1 775 篇文献,发文量呈阶梯式下降态势。研究团队间缺乏合作,呈现分散发展状态。 研究热点为防护教育、防护对策、职业暴露、新型冠状病毒肺炎、专业技能、影响因素、安全管理、风险管理。 研究前沿是疫情期间职业防护、护理管理、影响因素、新技术在防护教育中的应用、新理论和新模式在防护干预中的应用等。结论:将职业防护作为基础护理技能,纳入在校期间核心技能体系,让技能教学与临床实际同步。完善职业防护风险预警机制,联合多中心、多学科开发风险测评工具,加强对高危群体职业暴露风险识别、风险干预、风险追踪;构建护理职业防护核心能力指标,切实提高护士群体职业健康水平。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the research hotspots and research trends related to occupational protection in the nursing field in China, and master the literature research status and frontier in this field. Methods: This paper mainly uses the visualization software CiteSpace to draw a mapping knowledge domain from the number of papers, research authors, research institutions, research fields and research hotspots of the occupational protection related research literature in the nursing field collected by CNKI from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2022, and carry out visual analysis. Results: A total of 1 775 articles were included, and the number of articles issued showed a stepwise downward trend. The research teams lacked cooperation and presented a decentralized development model. Research hotspots included protection education, protection strategies, occupational exposure, novel coronavirus, professional skills, influencing factors, safety management, and risk management. The research frontiers were occupational protection, nursing management, influencing factors, the application of new technologies in protection education, and the application of new theories and models in protection intervention during the epidemic situation. Conclusion: Occupational protection is taken as a basic nursing skill and incorporated into the construction of the core skill system during the school period, so as to synchronize skill teaching with clinical practice. We should improve the early warning mechanism of occupational protection risks. It is suggested to develop risk assessment tools in combination with multiple centers and disciplines, and strengthen the identification, intervention and tracking of occupational exposure risks for high-risk groups. Establishing the core competence index of nursing professional protection is useful to practically improve the occupational health level of nurses.
